The Aotearoa Surf Film Festival is in town this week.
The ASFF presents two Wellington screenings at the Penthouse, Brooklyn where you can see the full film on the big screen. Links to tickets below.

Bread and Butter
is an independent South Coast film, documented over three years and named to reflect the everyday act of surfing. Through workdays, family life, and fleeting swells, it follows a few who dedicate themselves to finding waves and living lives shaped by a constant pull to the ocean.

Introducing, DMG Surfboards and Jack McDonald (the power duo), two people observed within the film who reflect the very meaning of Bread and Butter surfing. The film shows some of the early developments of these two coming together in their collaboration. Learning more about what sparked it all in the very beginning and how the boards perform in their everyday environment.
